GREAT Experience We had an amazing time with our Captain Murray! The salmon were a little slow but we did catch a few Kings, a yellow eyed rockfish and a number of rockfish. The overall experience was awesome! We had a great time and even got to see humpback whales. We would definitely book with them again.

Absolutely the best fishing experience we've ever had. This Trip was a great experience for my son and I, the most important thing for use was the fact that this was a private charter, it was just the two of us. You'd be hard pressed to find another company doing that. We each caught a keeper King Salmon (29" and 30") . We caught and released several other Kings as well. Our Captain Josh got us on the fish right away, boating out first King less than 10 minutes after dropping the down riggers. Everybody that asks my son what was the best part of our Alaskan cruise gets the answer "fishing" so I think this trip is a trip he'll remember for the rest of his life which was exactly what I was hoping it would be....Thanks to all at Oasis Alaskan Charters for creating that memory for us.

FISH ON! Captain Murry put us on fish. We were very satisfied. Would like to do it again someday. And, we had beautiful weather and saw a couple of whales on our way back to the dock.

Great Day!! We were very happy with 95% of our fishing adventure. The weather was perfection, the captain was great! The fish were not cooperating, but we thoroughly understand that is out of their hands. We caught 1 king that was too small to keep, and one beautiful Silver. There were no other bites, very disappointing for the money we paid. Because a previous charter did not want to keep their Pinks, they did offer us to keep them. We happily accepted that offer, and are awaiting our fish. We had a bonus of watching 10 whale breaches during our trip, so that was amazing!! we wouldn't hesitate to go with Oasis again.

Ketchikan Fishing Excursion We had a great time, the weather was perfect, our guide was awesome (Thomas) and we caught a bunch of fish that we had fed-ex'd home! This trip included my husband, our 2 boys (18yrs old & 19 yrs old) and a couple of friends! I would recommend this excursion to anyone.

Fun Fishing Trip Captain Murray was an outstanding fishing captain!!!! He was patient with us novice fisherman!!! 🙂 With his expertise we were able to catch 3 halibut, 5 cod, 1 small shark(had to through him back) and numerous bait fish(fun to catch). Awesome fishing excursion My husband son son-in-law and friend went fishing on this excursion and caught so many fish they had so much fun and the captain was awesome. We are going to book another cruise next August so I can go fishing with my husband

Salmon fishing with friends We had a great time, fishing was good. Mostly we caught pinks, some silvers, and a few kings. Which we put back. Everyone enjoyed the Captain with his knowledge and sense of humor. A great time was had by all. Would do it again gladly.

Awesome Fishing Trip Captain Murray was awesome! We caught our limit on Halibut, then caught some salmon. An eagle hovered above our boat and we were able to get some great photos.

Salmon and eagles everywhere My wife and I did the 4 hour salmon fishing trip - it was fantastic. Hunter, our captain and fishing guide, was exceptional and very knowledgeable. We had a ball catching fish and viewing the eagles. It was a great experience, and we would definitely do it again

Great Experience! As many other travelers, we were on a cruise. We booked this trip on our own and had a great time. My boys had a blast. Unfortunately, we did not have any luck with the salmon. My husband caught one, but it was a couple of inches too short. Our captain was great & made it fun for our boys!

Top Notch Organization Across the Board! From start to finish this was one of the best and easiest vacation experiences of my life. Joanne was very informative and patient with all my questions. Tammy, our shuttle driver was amazing and had a ton of local knowledge. Hunter was our guide, and he did put us on the fish. We brought back 20 Salmon, but even if we would not of, he would have made sure we had a good time. I will be back to Ketchikan to fish with this group again.

Best Fishing Trip Ever I'm the President of Purple Heart Anglers a 501c3 non-profit. We take Disabled Veterans fishing and hunting. This was our 9th year with Oasis Alaska Charters, and we are already booked for 2023. The whole thing was excellent. From the beginning to the end. We had 12 people this year and plan on 12 for next year. The captains were knowledgeable, accommodating to our Disabled Veterans needs and made sure everybody had the "Trip of a Lifetime" we said it would be.
Cannot thank them all enough for a great fishing experience.

Extended Fishing Day (2days-huge payload) The Oasis Alaska Charters is professional and organized. Mark & JoAnn know customer service etiquette, and it shows! Captain Murray was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He worked hard to make sure we caught fish. Several times I glanced back to see other boats following where we were headed to, and I understand why now. Captain Murray is a leader, and he gets the job done! He knows where to find fish. After we quickly hit limit on Salmon and Halibut, Captain Murray headed for sea bass and lingcod/cod. It was quite an adventure too being able to see the whales and sea lions. Both extended day trips were very successful for the 5 of us! Thanks Oasis for a great trip!!!

Called when we got to Ketch and they had a 6 hour afternoon spot. It was a perfect time of day for us and it worked out great.

My only word of advice is if YOU'RE NOT staying at the Clover Pass Resort and YOU'RE NOT already booked through a cruise ship make arrangements to hire a taxi, or ride the bus when it's running with enough time to make your trip. We were NOT On a cruise ship so it took a little more coordination on our part to get out to Clover Pass resort on our end BUT nothing that would preclude us from booking again or hinder you from getting there.

A great fishing experience on Oasis Alaska Charters Our family of three, including our 16 year old son, went salmon fishing with Mark on Father's Day. It was a great day with warm weather and two salmon caught including a 19 pound king salmon. We enjoyed the first part of the 4 hour charter chatting with Mark about fishing and life in Alaska and then the king hit the bait. Mark did a great job helping me bring the fish into the net and into the boat. They cleaned and filleted the two salmon on the dock and shipped them home frozen so they would arrive the day we got home. We booked this charter independently prior to sailing on the Celebrity Solstice. This saved us some money and allowed us to pick the charter we wanted rather than take pot luck with whatever the cruise line lined up for us. Plus we had the entire boat to ourselves. We took a cab to the marina and Mark met us there. We were able to get our fishing licences at the marina.We got back in plenty of time walk around Ketchikan and get to the ship on time. The fishing charter with Oasis and Mark was the highlight of our cruise to Alaska. Oh...and the fish is delicious.

Great Captian and first mate awsome trip there was 3 of us on this trip and we fish a lot on the east coast for tuna, shark, cod, fluke and bass. we had a great time the captain was accommodating and knowledgeable. we caught Halibut, pacific cod and rock fish. the trip was only a 4 hr trip next time we will take a 8hr if the cruse line stayed longer we would have done it. was a little rushed but everyone made sure we made the boat.

Coming back next year A great experience for our entire family! Thank you to Captain Murray for a great couple days and to Mark and JoAnn for sharing their boat with us and being so accommodating!

Tough conditions..but our captain worked hard to get us into some fish We hit a day on the water where the weather changed from a several day period of calm water and low 70s ambient air temps to a high in the low 50s, with sustained 20 mile an hour winds and rain, sometimes sideways, for the entire day. All of that said - our captain got us into some salmon and halibut and initiated entertaining conversation n between the fish. Well run org.

Great job Booked a charter for myself and a friend. This was our first fishing trip to Alaska. Oasis seems to be the only one that will do a two person charter. Cost a little more but well worth it. Our captain Murray was great The weather was not the best but he tried putting us on the fish. Could only fish certain areas one day because of the weather but we did manage to catch fish, not as many as we would have liked but given the conditions not bad. If you want someone who will work their butt off trying to catch fish, book with Oasis and ask for Murray. If I get the chance to go back will fish with them againSidney from North Carolina

Another full day out with captain Murray. Last year we had a full day with captain Murray and we limited out on halibut,cod and sea bass as well as a bunch of salmon. This year was more of the same as we had six of us instead of four last year. Didn’t make a difference. We all limited out on the same fish and a lot of salmon. This guide is so busy baiting hooks , netting fish ,watching the fish finder,moving back on the fish after minutes of no bites. I just can’t imagine a better guide. He does the work of three people and when you get back you know where the money was spent and it was well worth it. Captain Murray, thank you for another amazing experience!Hope to do it again next year.

Private Fishing Charter My husband and I went out with Chris and had a great time. Everything from the booking process, communication before the trip, the fishing trip went smoothly. Our captain Chris was wonderful! We caught some halibut and rock fish and sent them home. They gave us the name of a local taxi company to call to pick us up from the pier and the cab driver came and picked us back up. All in all a wonderful experience. So much better than being cattle herded by the cruise line and on a fishing boat with 6 other people.

Had a great time. Captain was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great fishing, great weather, would recommend to anyone taking a cruise to Alaska.

Great fishing We had a great time in Alaska with Oasis Alaska Charters and Captain Thomas taking a half day halibut cruise. Even though we didn't catch any halibut, we caught our limit of Rockfish - the ugliest fish we've ever seen with one catch 4 ounces off the state record! It was processed and sent home for delicious eating and a wonderful remembrance of our time. Captain Thomas was friendly, easy-going and fun. We highly recommend a tour and would encourage making it a whole day tour..

Amazing fishing excursion! This was a rescheduled family trip from 2020 for a group of 10. Half went salmon fishing with Drew, the others halibut fishing with Hunter. Right from the start, the staff at Oasis Alaska Charters was very responsive - they answered my emails in a timely fashion (usually within minutes!) The shuttle service from the cruise terminal was very convenient and reasonably priced - definitely recommended. Our fishing experience was amazing - looking forward to the arrival of our fish! Oasis Alaska Charters I was recently on an Alaskan Cruise and I had set-up in advance a charter for myself and 5 family memebers to go Salmon fiishing in Ketchikan. When I get to port on Friday August 18th the boat Captian leaves a message he is sick and cancels my trip!! I call around and Gary from Oasis Alaska Charters on short notice landed my a charter from his company. The captian, Logan was frioendly, knowledgable and very professional and patient on the trip. We caught 14 fish in 3 hours!! I highly recommend working with Oasis of you are oplanning to fish for Salmon or Halibut in Ketchikan.

We Are Coming Back This is our fifth consecutive year fishing with Captain Murray at Oasis Alaska Charters. The knowledge and effort he puts in to limiting us out is beyond worthy description. We so much enjoy the outstanding experience, the scenery, the sportsmanship and, of course the catch. He even made the extra effort to accommodate our request to bring in halibut as well. 6hr salmon/halibut charter Went out on July 5th with a good friend of mine to catch some halibut. Due to stupidity on my part from the night before,I was out of commission the entire trip and didn’t pick up a pole. But my friend had a good time and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite my best efforts to feed the fish, my friend was unable to pull anything in worth keeping, but that’s fishing, and I would go with them again if I am back in Ketchikan.

More importantly,we were told that since we did not catch any Halibut some would be sent to us along with the 1 Salmon and 4 Rock fish.We never got the Halibut.Why not? .I have not yet been billed for the cost of sending the fish to The Mcallister address.Could it be that getting my credit card # hand-written instead of electronically an error was made.?

Unforgettable Fishing Adventure with Oasis Alaska Charters I recently went on a fishing tour with Oasis Alaska Charters and it was an incredible experience. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area and provided us with all the necessary equipment and instructions to make our fishing trip a success. Ketchikan Fishing The pre-fishing information on how to get a fishing license, taxi contact and planning for departure and return to our cruise ship. Chris our captain was knowledgeable about the recent movement of halibut and king salmon. Likewise, Chris was engaging with our group on fishing and other Alaskan experiences. Our party of 3 caught halibut and king salmon even though it was early in the season (June 6th, 2019). We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 hour trip and had a beautiful day on the water near Prince of Wales Island.

Perfect day for fishing We were on an Alaskan cruise and wanted to go off on our own excursion not one with a bunch of people so we booked a 6 hour salmon and halibut trip with Oasis and we were not disappointed. We were unable to get out for the halibut but were kept busy with 4 different kind of salmon, some cod and a few other species. We talked about this trip and kept showing off the pictures of our catch. We kept about 30 to send home. The people who went with the cruise captains fault 5. These guys know where they're going and where the fish are!!

We had a great time with Captain Murray! We had a short trip to Clover Pass from the Cruise Port and quickly got on our boat with Captain Murray. We were catching fish within minutes and quickly caught our limit of salmon. I even caught a nice halibut before we ran out of time. We would love to do it again sometime.

Knowing full well that our time was limited, I choose Oasis both on reviews and the ability to do a 4 hour trip and still have an hour to spend in town. Captain Des and his first mate proved to be the perfect match.

Hearing that the prior few days were slim pickings did not diminish my excitement for the trip. I wanted the experience of a cruising on a small boat and chasing salmon and Capt Des did not disappoint. Headed out to one of his favorite spots fished about a half hour with one or two bites. Not satisfied pulled anchor and went for about 20 minutes. That’s where I caught my first coho.

He was excited as I was. Dropped line and said to me “you need at least 2 “ I told him wanted to have my family In for a salmon dinner fresh caught. About 30 minutes before having to return, I got my second coho.

The reviews are totally correct, these guys work hard to get fish for their clients . While there are no guarantees in fishing it’s not from their lack of trying . In many cases it is a once in a life time trip. And thanks to first mate Alexis, she did the video of my catching both coho’s and captured some beautiful scenery as well

Will fish with Alaskan Oasis Charters again We flew from Tampa, Fl for 3 days of fishing. We made all our own arrangements, but Mark was very helpful with information about the Ketchikan area. We fished with Capt. Drew who is very knowledgable and helpful, a solid guide. We fished Tue 6hrs for Salmon and Halibut. Limited out on both. Fished Wed for 4hrs and limited on Salmon. Thur was a tough 4hrs targeting Halibut in the same location where we caught them on Tue. Cape Drew worked hard for us and we ended the day jigging a couple more Salmon.

Halibut & King Salmon Capt. Hunter was awesome, we had so much fun!! My wife does not fish much but he made it very very easy for her to land some nice fish! Hats off to Hunter thank you soo much for a great time!

Nice idea but disappointed We booked a fishing charter for a recent trip to Ketchikan. This was the big 'splurge' excursion on our seven day cruise, something my husband really wanted to do, and I booked the boat for just the 2 of us (you can have as many as 6), because we really wanted it to be special. First, I will say that Mark, the owner of the company, was very nice and easy to deal with through our email correspondence leading up to the trip. He even extended us a 10% discount he advertised for May excursions after I had already booked. The boat was kept in very nice order. We were able to obtain our fishing licenses right there and it only took a couple of minutes. But sadly we discovered the reason for the discount. There was only one other boat out on the bay. Apparently, we were the first fishing tour of the season, as season would actually not start for a another two weeks. The first time this was ever mentioned to us was by our cab driver on the way out to the boat. If the cab driver knew, you can be certain the fishing guide did as well.I was a little surprised that after boarding the boat, we travelled only a very short distance from the dock. I guess I was hoping for a little boat ride to the fishing spot, but it was right there. Ok. This was a 4 hour tour and we basically trolled back and forth within a short distance. As it turns out, the cab driver was absolutely right. We did not get a single bite from a salmon. (We caught one very small ling cod, which we fed to an eagle. (Okay, that was cool). But from everything we had read, the salmon were supposed to practically jump into the boat. I believe if we went in July, we would have caught plenty of fish and had a very happy and different experience. Like I said, nice guy, nice boat, beautiful scenery, but no fish. None. Between the cost of the charter, the tip, the license, and the $80 round trip cab ride from ship, the 4 hours ended up costing about $600 for the two of us. And I had to stop at the supermarket when I got home to buy some salmon. Now I realize that there is no guarantee that you will catch anything. I was told several times that that's why they call it 'fishing' and not 'catching'. But that is also why they call themselves 'guides", not 'tenderfoots'. I think as an experienced captain, Mark should have known the fish weren't running at all yet. Everyone in town knew. Knowing there would be no fish, we should have had an opportunity to cancel and take advantage of another excursion. Or, I think he could/should have realized at some point that there was nothing running (I am very experienced with ocean fishing, and I did!) and offered to cut the trip short with an appropriate discount. He also could have offered a variation like a boat tour, some whale watching, something. He talked a lot about the summer and how many boats would be out and how you couldn't pull the salmon in fast enough. Didn't make me feel any better. When we were done, he apologized to my husband for the disappointment and said he did warn me in an email that it might be too early in the season. I do not remember getting any such email. I wouldn't have taken the chance because it was so expensive. So, I am giving it 3 stars because I think if you go in the summer you will have a great time and catch lots of fish. Mark and his boat, very nice. But don't go at the beginning of May and I am dinging off 2 stars because I think Mark knew and should have been more up front about our expectations

HaVE RECOMMENDED IT TO OTHERS Hunter is a terrific guide AND LOCATED HALIBUT WHEN THEY WERE NOT REALLY BITING FOR OTHERS. Nice guy to boot.

Perfect family adventure Our family had a wonderful day in Ketchikan with Captain Murray! We have little fishing experience and just wanted a fun adventure. Captain Murray was so patient, helpful and excited for us, especially our 3 children, when we caught fish. Highly recommend! Thankful for these amazing memories!

Fantastic Fishing Experience - Book it! My husband and I booked a private charter for Halibut fishing but we actually did both Halibut and Salmon. We had such a great time, our Captain was experienced and did all the hard work while we just brought the fish in abundance. We were able to ship our fish home, which we will enjoy with family.Highly recommend this experience, you will be happy with your catch!

We were treated wonderful, limited out every day and saw all the wildlife Ketchikan has to offer. We have already booked our trip with them for next season. GO, you will love it!

Catch of a Lifetime My wife and I booked Oasis instead of the Cruise line offerings and had an awesome trip. Mark and JoAnn were great to work with and everything was exactly as they had promised. The boat, gear and Captain Matt were all first class. We took the 6 hour Halibut and Salmon trip and limited out on Pinks in less than an hour. In addition to the 100 pound plus Halibut my wife landed, we caught Cod, Rock fish, shark and several other species (35 fish total). Captain Matt is a fun, hard working guy who really knows his business and I would highly recommend Oasis Alaska Charters.

Amazing day on the water fishing for salmon Great communication, captain and boat were ready as soon as we got there. Short ride to fish and caught 11 salmon that we had processed and flown home. Favorite day in Alaska by far.

An Awesome Trip with a Great Company If you're considering a salmon/halibut/bottom fish trip look at Oasis. JoAnn and Mark run a great operation and the price was reasonable for me and my two brothers. JoAnn responds to emails quickly. Three days of fishing got us three hundred pounds of processed fish. You have to pay for the processing at something like $2.50 a pound. Captain Maury was our guide on a 30+ foot boat. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He does smoke, which didn't bother me since I brought cigars. He was patient and allowed us to do as much as we wanted. I have similar downriggers to those on the boat so he had no problem with us rigging our own lines. It saved time when the fishing was hot - which was often. The boat was clean and the gear worked fine. Having a head (bathroom) was nice since you're out all day. The first day was a little choppy but the boat was pretty stable and balance wasn't a problem. There is a large cabin if the weather turns bad or while you're under way. The dock crew that unloads the fish and processes it were a group of young people that were uniformly friendly and helpful. I asked them to process one fish while we were unloading to give to the taxi driver and they had it done in 10 minutes at no additional charge. they'll also take all the photos you want of your trophy fish. The taxi from the Landing hotel was a flat $50. If you use Sourdough Taxi ask for Carl. He took us to and from the dock every day. He was friendly and On Time - even for our 5:30 am pick ups. Good captain I am kind of hesitant to write a review. The captain was good and the boats are great and the gear is fine. I understand that some days the fishing is not fantastic and weather can play a part that is out of control. It was a windy day so they couldn’t take us out to the halibut grounds they wanted to so we fished for them in an area our captain said he hadn’t finished before. The fishing was slow so it ended up being a $1200 boat ride for a 7 lb halibut. I kinda wish they had canceled our trip if the weather is such that they can’t get you to productive water. The captain did his best but I do wish they had been more realistic about what to expect and canceled our trip.

Very comfortable fishing with Oasis This is my third year( 6 outings) fishing with Oasis. Their guides always try hard to put us in the fish. They understand the significance of someone spending their hard earned money to fish Alaska waters. I have never left disappointed with Oasis.

We had a great time with Captain Murray! We had a short trip to Clover Pass from the Cruise Port and quickly got on our boat with Captain Murray. We were catching fish within minutes and quickly caught our limit of salmon. I even caught a nice halibut before we ran out of time. We would love to do it again sometime.

One hell of a time Murray and his wife were awesome they treated my wife kids and my self like family. We will be back!

Great Fishing Trip! Even though we had rainy conditions, our captain worked hard to get us into fish and we had two great days of fishing. Everyone was very helpful. The boats were clean and well taken care of. I would absolutely hire this charter service again .

Great trip again This was our second time fishing with Oasis. It was probably the worst fishing that I have experienced in Alaska, but it definitely was no fault of Oasis or Capt. Chris.
The weather just turned bad and the seas were pretty rough.
Chris tried hard to get us on some good fishing. I think he really went overboard to try and get us lots of fish, but it just wasn't the day for it.
We brought fish home, but not near as much as usual or as we would have liked, but it was still a great and fun adventure.
Id recommend Oasis to anyone.

Amazing Trip Oasis Charters literally saved our trip. Our original plans blew up due to Covid and JoAnn and our captain, Chris, stepped in and completely blew us away with an incredible trip. We originally were scheduled with Oasis for a 1 day trip, and ended up going out with Chris for all 4 days. Chris was a blast and put us on the fish each day, catching everything from Salmon and Halibut, to Sea Bass, cod and rockfish. We will be back again next year and the ONLY choice is Oasis Alaska Charters. What an amazing trip! See you next year.

Awesome family experiance Our family had 9 total on the boats, each guide was amazing and made a memory of a lifetime for our family. It was a blessing, and a blast. We caught so many fish, the shipping was easy and painless, the fish was great beer battered and fried next we are trying fish tacos with the halibut. We definitely recommend this company to anyone out there who wants to fish.

Poor to average Trip was hurried and very overpriced for what you got. Boast was in constant motion, no casting at all by us. Just trolling around and that was it. I think we reeled in like 3 fish. The guide was nice though. That’s the only reason I gave a 2 Star. It would have gotten a 1 if not for him. Very disappointed.

Great fishing adventure What a great fishing trip. This was a trip with myself and 3 adult children. This is something we have been trying to plan for years. Captain Murray was absolutely amazing. Really was a trip of a lifetime.

True Alaskan Experience! We booked the 4 hour salmon fishing charter, and we are so glad we did! This trip was everything we had hoped for and more! From the moment we stepped off the cruise ship and Oasis Alaska Charters picked us up, to the moment they dropped us back off, everything was seamless. We caught lots of fish, including king salmon, saw 2 pods of Orcas, and even had a bald Eagle swoop in to try to steal our catch! Murry, our captain, was amazing, knowledgeable, and so great with the kids. When we returned to the dock, they quickly had it arranged to have our fish processed and shipped home to us. Definitely the fishing trip of a lifetime and one we will not soon forget! We highly recommend Oasis Alaska Charters!!!

Amazing time! Lots of fun Was overall a great experience! We caught our limit and still had time so our guide Hunter took us trolling. This was my first time deep sea fishing and it was fun! They are all extremely nice and when we come back, we will be using them again! The only thing we didn’t know is that salmon fishing was not open yet so we were unable to catch any. Over all Mark and his wife are very friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend this charter company to everyone!

Last Minute Charter- June 12 Excellent trip with Captain Murray. Caught our limit of halibut, rockfish, and lingcod.

Called when we got to Ketch and they had a 6 hour afternoon spot. It was a perfect time of day for us and it worked out great.

My only word of advice is if YOU'RE NOT staying at the Clover Pass Resort and YOU'RE NOT already booked through a cruise ship make arrangements to hire a taxi, or ride the bus when it's running with enough time to make your trip. We were NOT On a cruise ship so it took a little more coordination on our part to get out to Clover Pass resort on our end BUT nothing that would preclude us from booking again or hinder you from getting there.

Hard working Captain couldn't find any fish. We spent all day trying time after time to find some salmon but in spite of the best efforts of our Captain, Thomas, we could not find any fish. We saw lots of boxes of frozen fish at the Anchorage airport as were flying home but they apparently weren't caught around Ketchican. Hoping for better luck next time.

I was one of a dozen disabled veterans from northern and central California who participated in this year's annual fishing trip to Ketchikan, Alaska, i.e., "A Trip of a Lifetime". The trip was sponsored by Purple Heart Anglers Inc., and thoroughly enjoyed myself...as did every other participating veteran. While every facet of the trip was outstanding, especially noteworthy was our exciting and successful time on the water landing bountiful numbers of salmon, halibut, and rockfish. This was made possible by our outstanding Oasis charter boat captains, Matt and Murray, who each provided excellent leadership on their respective boats, ensuring every veteran a quality, comfortable and hands-on angling experience. I've fished on several charters before and have not seen more capable and dedicated captains than Matt and Murray. They worked hard to put and keep us on fish every moment we were on board and injected the perfect amount of fishing humor to keep us all smiling and happy throughout each of our three days under their tutelage. I hope I can return to Ketchikan soon for more fishing. Personable, experienced captain! Had a great time with a guide who worked hard to get us our fish! We learned a lot of good tricks and places to go on our own next time!

Great day of fishing. Great fishing charter. We were picked up from our cruise on time and learned about the local town during our drive. We got our limit of halibut. We had them shipped to our house and the beautiful filets arrived as promised.

Breathtaking Views and a Great Captain Really nice charter trip for our family. Our boat captain, Hunter, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. While we didn't catch a lot of fish, we had a wonderful time and the scenery was breathtaking. We would definitely do this again.

Awesome Salmon fishing trip The trip was awesome! We were on the Salmon in about 15 minutes after we start trolling. The Captain really knew what he was doing. I can’t wait to come back and I will definitely use Oasis!

Had a great time My son and I just flew to Ketchikan on a wild hair and went fishing. Had a great time. Fishing wasn't great that day, but the captain worked very hard and we managed to bring home quite a bit of fish. I will go back again some day

Most Excellent Time !! If this is something on your bucket list ,we( me, my wife and sister-in-law, all over 65 ) highly recommend Oasis Alaska Charters. We signed up for a 3day 8hour fish. we found this duration to be just right for our first time. Don't do less than 8 hour trip. The scenery is wonderful. Might see a whale or two.Their operation is top notch. Joanne and Mark make sure you are receiving a first class experience . Our guide Captain Murray was super handling 3 neophytes. He made sure we.got on fish and he was very helpful at putting each of at ease. Oasis boats and equipment are top of the line. I guess all I can say now is we are going to do this again. Great fishing We fished for 2 full days caught halibut and pinks and a couple silvers the first day and the second we caught 2 keeper kings and had to return 6 more they were not big enough. We caught rock fish and a load of pinks. Beautiful scenery great captain Chris we highly recommend Oasis fishing charters
