First time on an Alaskan cruise and I wanted to fish.  Booked a 4 hour private charter and limited out on nice sized silver salmon in about 2 and 1/2 hours.  Weather was around 50 F, windy and rainy but the fishing was fantastic. The trip started good with friendly Mel meeting us at our cruise line and transporting us to and from the dock.  Captain Drew was friendly and informative as well and deserves alot of credit for answering all of my fishing related questions.  I offshore saltwater fish in my hometown of Cape May, NJ and once a year in La Verandre Provincial Park in Quebec, Canada for walleye and pike.  I thought Canada had some big water but so does Alaska.  Received our catch in a couple of days, filleted and vacum sealed and fully frozen.  The   color was a beautiful pumkin orange and I can't wait to eat some. Great fishing.  Excellent service and an extremely knowledgeable Captain that knew how to fish for salmon.   The scheduled shuttle service was on time and the driver was very helpful in suggesting what to do after the fishing trip. We had an absolute blast fishing with Oasis Alaska Charters! They were responsive when setting up the charter and flexible when the cruise ship itinerary changed. The captain was very professional and helped us catch our daily limit!
