Reservations & Deposits
A 15% deposit is required at the time of the booking. The balance is due on the day of the trip.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Upon receipt of your deposit, your rate is guaranteed and will not change, unless a fuel surge charge is added,see below.
A confirmation of your reservation and ground transportation instructions to our marina are sent to you via email after receiving the deposit.
Oasis Alaska Charters regrettably cannot be responsible for loss of fishing time, lodging, flight delays or any other losses incurred due to weather conditions or any other conditions beyond our control.
We suggest that customers purchase travel/cancellation insurance through their travel agent or through a reputable internet travel insurance company, like www.insuremytrip.com. Travel insurance can cover costs associated with a flight cancellation and lost baggage, as well as providing a full refund of your fishing package should a family emergency, personal health issue, or other event either interrupts your trip or prevents you from visiting us.
Oasis Alaska Charters reserves the right to put you on any of our boats or any boat that meets our guidelines. We will not place you with any other groups without your written approval.
Fuel Surge Charge
A fuel surcharge “MAY” be added should the price of fuel rise above $4.50 per gallon. All guests will be informed of this surcharge prior to scheduled charter date.
Cancellations
Notify us immediately if you have to cancel. All cancellations 30 days prior to the date of the scheduled trip will be refunded. All other cancellations are subject to the loss of deposit at the discretion of Oasis Alaska Charters.

Guests are encouraged to read basic fish and game regulations, bag limits, and size limits before booking.
Deposit refunded if charter is cancelled by the captain.
